Homebuilder

Working closely with the builder and/or general contractor, Simpele’s team works with the home buyer to design the system: devices and locations.  Then, the team coordinates with the builder to pull the low voltage wiring.  Once the paint has been applied to surfaces, the install team returns to install all the devices.  And once the homeowner has moved in, our team returns to train the homeowner on how to use the systems.  

MDU

In the past, few MDUs had complex-wide Wi-Fi networks.  Simpele will coordinate with your low voltage team to integrate the network wiring design.  As building construction commences, our team will pre-wire the complex after the mechanicals and electrical wiring is finished.  Then, when the interior finish out is complete, we’ll complete the installation.
